Elle De La Cruz

Elle De La Cruz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Elle began their career at BBVA in 2008 as a Senior Bank Teller and worked there until 2013. From 2013 to 2018, Elle worked as an Account Manager at Nelson Financial Group. In 2018, they gained experience as a 4th Grade Student Teacher at Paradise Valley Unified School District. Elle then transitioned to substitute teaching in the Phoenix School District from February to May 2019. Following that, they served as a 5th Grade Teacher at the Learning Foundation and Performing Arts from July to December 2019. Starting in December 2019, Elle joined Panorama Risk & Insurance Solutions as a Senior Account Manager, where they worked until April 2022. Currently, Elle is a Senior Client Manager at Lovitt & Touché | Marsh McLennan Agency, a position they have held since April 2022.

Elle De La Cruz attended Grand Canyon University from 2016 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Education degree with a focus on Elementary Education and Teaching. In March 2019, they received additional certifications from the Arizona Department of Education, including Elementary School Teacher and Structured English Immersion K-12. In February 2019, they also obtained a Substitute Teacher certification from the Arizona Department of Education. Prior to their education pursuits, in July 2015, Elle obtained an Accident, Health, and Life Insurance License from the state of Arizona.
