Kelley Bell started their work experience in 2001 at TBG West, where they held various roles in client technical services. In these positions, they communicated and coordinated with other departments, insurance companies, and client representatives regarding plan development, enrollment, and billing administration for disability, long-term care, and life insurance. Kelley also worked with confidential personnel data, utilized complex Excel formulas to determine available benefits and premiums, and conducted audits and crosschecks to ensure data accuracy. In 2014, Kelley joined Lovitt & Touché, a Marsh McLennan Agency LLC, as a benefits coordinator, responsible for coordinating benefits for clients. Kelley then moved up to become an exchange analyst, assisting with implementing and renewing clients onto the private exchange, creating tools to illustrate cost differences, and managing the marketing process. Later, they became an operations analyst, where they documented and implemented processes, tracked revenue, and managed invoices. Currently, they are the operations manager, overseeing the benefit analyst and operations teams and working closely with training and operations leads to develop consistency and support clients.

Kelley Bell has a Certificate in Human Resources Management from UCLA Extension. Additionally, they hold an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Theater Arts from Irvine Valley College. In terms of certifications, they have obtained a Life, Health & Accident certification from the California Department of Insurance in August 2009.
