Stephanie Townley has a diverse work experience in the insurance and healthcare industry. Stephanie is currently working as a Senior Client Manager at Lovitt & Touché | Marsh McLennan Agency, starting in October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Arcadia Health Solutions as an Account Manager from September 2020 onwards. In this role, they were responsible for managing client relationships, optimizing systems, and executing various operational tasks. Before that, Stephanie worked as a Group Sales Consultant at Oscar Health from February 2019 to September 2020. Stephanie also has experience as a Solutions Architect at OneDigital Health and Benefits from February 2018 to February 2019. Stephanie began their career as an Account Manager at Zenefits in June 2015, where they provided support to clients with their benefits needs and insurance decision-making.
Stephanie Townley completed their Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences from Arizona State University between the years 2011 and 2015. In addition, they obtained a certification in Life, Accident & Health Insurance from the Arizona Department of Insurance in June 2016.
