Rachel Radaker

Rachel Radaker is an experienced IT manager with a strong background in healthcare technology and management. Currently serving as the IT Manager at Community Health since May 2020, Rachel oversees electronic medical records (EMR), IT, and phone projects. Previous experience includes working as a Clinical Applications Specialist at CHCRR from March 2018 to May 2020, where Rachel guided the planning, implementation, training, and monitoring of health information systems. Prior roles at CHCRR-Rutland Community Health Center included serving as Lead Super User and Panel Manager, where Rachel played a key role in implementing Medical Home initiatives and ensuring optimal care for patients with high-need diagnoses. Rachel holds degrees from Endicott College and the University of Vermont.
