Mircea-Andrei Barbu

Mircea-Andrei Barbu is a Senior Quantitative Developer at Low Carbon Contracts Company. Mircea-Andrei led the development of a funding model for new nuclear generators in the UK and successfully lobbied for the creation of a new Quant Dev team. Previously, Mircea-Andrei has experience in data science, research, programming, and mentoring roles at various organizations such as the European Central Bank, UCL, and Filtered. Mircea-Andrei holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from ETH Zürich and is currently pursuing a CQF Level 1 in Financial Mathematics at the CQF Institute.
