Barbara Hammond

Barbara Hammond, Chief Executive at Low Carbon Hub, has been with the company since October 2010. Additionally, Barbara holds the title of Director at Low Carbon Oxford, a collaboration aiming to reduce carbon emissions in the city. Barbara has a BA (Hons) in French and Italian from the University of Oxford, a PhD in Urban Design, and an MA in Urban Design from Oxford Brookes University.
