Anjlie Shah

Anjlie Shah is an experienced tax professional currently serving as the Head of Tax at Low Carbon since April 2021, following a role as Senior Tax Manager. Prior experience includes a Senior Manager position focusing on M&A Tax for Infrastructure and Private Equity at PwC from November 2018 to March 2021, where responsibilities encompassed due diligence, structuring, tax model review, and tax SPA review. Anjlie also held various positions at KPMG UK as Manager in M&A Tax and at BDO LLP in Corporate International Tax and Transfer Pricing, leveraging a background in thin capitalization and tax compliance. Previous roles also include project development at Frontier/The Society for Environmental Exploration and a brief internship at Orchid Asia Group Management Ltd. Anjlie is ACA and CTA qualified and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Nottingham.
