Tom Butler

Tom Butler is an experienced professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as a Solar PV Site Technician at Low Carbon since December 2021. Previously, Tom worked as a Solar O&M Site Technician at BayWa r.e. Operation Services Limited from June 2018 to December 2021, and as an Electrical Engineer at Walker Brothers Electrical Engineers from August 2012 to August 2017. Tom completed a four-year apprenticeship in electrical engineering combined with on-site work and college placement, during which valuable experience was gained in Oxford University buildings, schools, and factories. Tom's education includes studies at City of Oxford College from 2012 to 2016 and Icknield Community College from 2007 to 2012.
