Dimitri Ouchmarov

Dimitri Ouchmarov is an Operations Manager at Low Tide Properties since March 2021, bringing a wealth of experience in property management. Previously, Dimitri served as Operations Manager at Wesgroup Properties from November 2004 to February 2021 and held the position of Project Manager during that time. Dimitri holds a Power Engineer 4th Class degree from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia.
