Dave Frandsen is the current CFO at Low VA Rates, overseeing all functions related to finance and accounting to ensure the company is in a strong financial position to serve our nation's great assets--its Veterans. Prior to this role, Dave held positions such as CFO at Frandsen Accounting & Consulting, Inc, Controller at NetSteps, and Vice President of Finance at CityDeals.com. Dave also worked as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte and Assistant Controller, Fund Accounting at Archon Group. With a Macc and BS in Accounting from Brigham Young University, along with an AS in Accounting from Utah Valley University, Dave has a strong educational background in finance and accounting.
