Chief Development Officer at Lowcountry Food Bank

Brenda Shaw has extensive work experience in development and fundraising roles. Brenda currently holds the position of Chief Development Officer at Lowcountry Food Bank since December 2017. Prior to that, they worked at Ohio Wesleyan University from 2003 to 2017, where they served as a Development Officer from July 2015 to June 2017 and as the Director of Alumni Relations from September 2003 to June 2015. Brenda also served as a Board Member at United Way of Delaware County from 2011 to 2015. Brenda started their career at Ohio Foundation of Independent Colleges as the Director of Scholarship Management from 1999 to 2003 and at Ohio Department of Development as a Development Specialist from 1989 to 1994.

Brenda Shaw attended Wittenberg University from 1985 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government.
