Mr. Lyons serves as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. In addition, he is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. He is responsible for the firm’s operations and for implementing and monitoring the policies and procedures that support the strong compliance culture maintained by the firm. Additionally, Mr. Lyons assists with Institutional Advisory Services and Retirement Plan Advisory Services. Prior to joining Lowe, Brockenbrough, he was Vice President, Institutional Marketing, at T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Richmond and an M.B.A. from Johns Hopkins University. Mr. Lyons has 35 years of investment experience.
