Brett Griffith

Brett co-leads Lowe’s endeavor into affordable housing through Concord Communities, focusing on sourcing, acquisition, entitlement, and development. Prior to joining Lowe, Brett spent more than 15 years managing development projects for himself and third-party clients. Additionally, he previously worked for a DC-based real estate developer and international general contractor based in Charlotte, NC. This diverse experience encompasses projects ranging from office, retail, and multifamily to special projects including a US Embassy in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
