Dave leads project management activities for development projects in metropolitan Washington, DC. Prior to joining Lowe, he spent 9 years in project management for a large general contractor and was responsible for leading the construction of several notable offices and multifamily projects in the DC and surrounding area. As an alumnus of Virginia Tech, Dave stays involved with his alma mater as a member of the Industry Advisory Board for the School of Construction. He is a LEED Accredited Professional.
