Kevin Foley Chfm

Kevin Foley CHFM CEM has extensive experience in plant operations and property management within the energy sector. Currently serving as Director of Plant Operations and Property and Chief Engineer at Lowell General Hospital since March 2013, Kevin oversees campus power plants, energy efficiency initiatives, and property management for numerous off-site locations. Prior roles include Regional Manager of Operations and Maintenance for Morris Energy Management Company, where responsibilities encompassed managing multiple power plants, and VP of Morris Energy Operation Group, focusing on fostering a safety-oriented workplace culture. Additionally, Kevin held the position of Plant Manager at Delta Power Services/B&W and Regional O&M Manager for United American Energy Corp., where responsibilities spanned various types of power generation facilities. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from UMass Lowell.
