Stefan Heinemann has extensive experience in operational management and compliance within the pharmaceutical and research sectors. Notable roles include Assistant Director of Archives and Site Operations Manager at Avantor, where significant contributions included strategic business direction and leading the establishment of a profitable sample management service line. Stefan also served in various capacities focusing on safety and regulatory adherence, including Radiation Safety Officer and Safety Officer. Prior career experiences span biorepository management and research roles at EPL Archives, City of Norfolk, and Old Dominion University. Academically, Stefan holds a Master of Science in Oceanography and a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a Microbiology emphasis. Currently, Stefan is on a sabbatical following a successful career culminating in senior management.
