Benjamin Kimes

Benjamin Kimes is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the field of law. Currently serving as a Partner at Lowenstein Sandler LLP since April 2011 and as Secretary of the Board of Directors at California Lawyers for the Arts since January 2014. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at Blakely Sokoloff Taylor & Zafman, LLP from May 2005 to April 2011, and as a Summer Associate/Law Clerk at Fogg & Powers, LLC in 2004. Earlier roles include serving as a Patent Agent at Stout, Uxa, Buyan & Mullins LLP and as a Design Technician/Public Works Inspector at Mark Thomas and Company. Kimes began a career in engineering as a Process Engineer at Texas Instruments before pursuing a legal education, earning a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School and a B.A. in Physics from Pomona College.
