Beth Kaufman

Beth Kaufman is currently a Partner and National Chair of Private Client Services at Lowenstein Sandler LLP, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this role, Kaufman contributed as a Member at Caplin & Drysdale from September 2001 to May 2023. Kaufman's experience also includes serving as Associate Tax Legislative Counsel in the Office of Tax Policy at the United States Department of the Treasury from 1995 to 2001. Educationally, Kaufman earned a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School between 1981 and 1984 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Pomona College, obtained in 1981.
