Dotan is a partner in the firm’s Tech Group and Co-Chair of the firm’s Israel practice.

He provides legal and business advice to founders, executives, and investors, mainly in the technology and venture space.

Dotan works with companies at all stages (formation through late stage), in a wide range of verticals (fintech, digital assets, cybersecurity, e-commerce, education tech, agriTech, and HR tech, to name a few) across diverse geographies (U.S., Israel, Europe and Africa).

He keeps an open mind and is always curious to learn from his clients and help them move forward.

Dotan grew up in a small town in Israel. He went to an agricultural school, served in the military, and then backpacked in India and Nepal (where he met his wife). He studied law and philosophy at Tel Aviv University and practiced corporate law in two tier-1 Israeli law firms before moving to the United States.
