Elinor Carson Ramey

Elinor Carson Ramey is a distinguished attorney specializing in tax-exempt organizations and governance matters. Currently serving as a Partner and Chair of the Exempt Organization Practice at Lowenstein Sandler LLP since February 2024, Ramey previously held the position of Partner at Steptoe LLP from February 2020 to February 2024, where expertise included advising on tax exemption and corporate governance for various tax-exempt entities.
