Keith Sheppard

Keith Sheppard is an experienced legal and business professional with a strong background in paralegal management and business development. Currently serving as the Paralegal Manager for the Investment Management team at Lowenstein Sandler LLP since April 2024, Keith oversees daily operations, including recruitment and training of paralegals. Previously, as the Business Development Manager at United Corporate Services, Inc., Keith led a team of 20 to increase organizational revenues and managed RFP negotiations. Keith also held managerial positions at Proskauer Rose LLP and Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, where Keith directed paralegal services and prepared critical finance-related documentation. Earlier experience includes a role as Documentation Manager at Deutsche Bank, focusing on loan file reviews and collateral management. Keith holds a BS in Paralegal Studies and Criminal Justice from St. John's University.
