Kerry Lunz

Kerry Lunz has over 18 years of experience in legal talent acquisition and recruitment. Kerry most recently served as the Director of Legal Talent Acquisition at Lowenstein Sandler LLP, a position they have held since March 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Lateral Partner Recruitment and Integration at Pepper Hamilton LLP from November 2018 to March 2020. Before that, they worked at Blank Rome LLP as the Director of Partner Recruiting and Integration from October 2016 to November 2018. Kerry also gained experience at O'Melveny & Myers LLP as the Lateral Partner Recruiting Manager from September 2015 to October 2016, and at Holland & Knight LLP as the Attorney Recruitment Manager from September 2008 to August 2015. Kerry began their career as an Attorney at Miller & Martin PLLC, where they worked from 2002 to 2005. Kerry also served as the Recruiting Director at The Partners Group from 2006 to 2008.
