Matthew Boxer is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in white collar criminal defense and corporate investigations, currently serving as a Partner and Chair at Lowenstein Sandler LLP since January 2014. Previously, Matthew held the position of State Comptroller for the State of New Jersey from January 2008 to January 2014 and directed the Authorities Unit in the Office of the Governor from January 2006 to January 2008. Early in his career, Matthew worked as an Assistant United States Attorney from June 2001 to January 2006 and held associate and clerk positions at Lowenstein Sandler LLP, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the New Jersey Supreme Court. Matthew holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Princeton University.
