Meredith Beuchaw

Meredith Beuchaw is a seasoned legal professional with significant expertise in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, joint ventures, and corporate governance. Currently a Partner at Lowenstein Sandler LLP since August 2020, Meredith previously held the same title at Cooley LLP from July 2017 to August 2020. Prior to that, Meredith was a Shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, LLP and began her career as an Associate at White & Case LLP. With a strong focus on the technology sector, Meredith represents various clients, including strategic and financial acquirers as well as acquisition targets.
