Nick San Filippo is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in transactional and advisory practices. Currently serving as a Partner at Lowenstein Sandler LLP since November 1997, San Filippo leads the Strategic Planning Committee and co-chairs the Business Divorce Group while being a member of the Transactional & Advisory Group.
