Priya Persaud

Priya Persaud is an accomplished attorney with a strong background in intellectual property law and extensive experience in legal research and writing. Currently serving as an Associate at Lowenstein Sandler LLP since June 2024, Priya has previously held associate positions at Lerner David and Banner Witcoff. Priya's legal expertise was further developed during a tenure as Senior Articles Editor and Staff Editor for the Rutgers University Law Review, as well as through practical experience as a Clinical Law Student at the Rutgers Law School Intellectual Property Law Clinic. Priya earned a Doctor of Law degree from Rutgers Law School and holds multiple bachelor's degrees in Computer Science, Political Science, and Jurisprudence from Montclair State University. Prior roles include internships and clerkships emphasizing research and client document drafting across various fields, including sustainability and technology.
