Samantha Sigelakis-Minski, Esq. has extensive work experience in various legal and corporate roles. Samantha is currently employed as a Corporate Associate at Lowenstein Sandler LLP since November 2020. Prior to this, Samantha worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Capital Markets Compliance Associate from June 2019 to October 2020, and as an AML Associate from September 2019 to June 2020. Samantha also had a role as a Literary Contracts Rights Analyst at Folio Literary Management from January 2019 to April 2019.

In the past, Samantha worked for JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Corporate Academic Intern from September 2018 to March 2019, and as a Summer Compliance Associate from June 2018 to August 2018. Samantha gained experience as a Legal Intern at the U.S. Court of International Trade from January 2018 to April 2018. Samantha also interned at Deborah A. Nilson & Associates, PLLC where they performed tasks such as preparing formation documents, drafting trademark settlement agreements, and interpreting trademark and corporate law for French clients. Samantha Sigelakis-Minski, Esq. obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in English and French from Temple University from 2009 to 2011. Samantha then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English at Stony Brook University from 2011 to 2013. Samantha went on to attend Brooklyn Law School from 2016 to 2019, where they earned their Doctor of Law (JD) degree.

In terms of certifications, Samantha obtained their Firefighter I certification from the NYS Division of Homeland Security & Emergency Services in June 2011. Samantha also achieved the Surface Ice Rescue Technician I certification from Team Lifeguard Systems, Inc in January 2012. Furthermore, Samantha obtained the Professional Research Certification from LexisNexis in March 2017. Lastly, they were admitted to the New York State Bar by the New York State Unified Court System in August 2020.
