Scott McBride

Scott McBride is a Partner at Lowenstein Sandler LLP since May 2016, specializing in advising and defending individuals and companies in federal and state enforcement matters such as criminal, civil, and administrative investigations. Prior to this role, Scott served as an Assistant United States Attorney at the United States Attorney's Office from October 2005 to May 2016, where Scott was Deputy Chief of the Economic Crimes Unit and supervised a team of attorneys focused on major corporate fraud and cyber-crime. Scott's earlier experience includes roles as a Judicial Law Clerk for The Honorable Jose L. Linares and The Honorable Ronald J. Hedges, as well as an Associate at Dechert LLP, where Scott handled white-collar criminal matters and civil litigation. Scott holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.S.B.A. in Finance and Government from Georgetown University.
