Will Brannan is a Partner and Vice Chair of Lowenstein Crypto at Lowenstein Sandler LLP, providing FinTech counsel to venture-backed financial technology companies in the financial services sector since October 2014. Previously, Will served as Counsel at Barclays Investment Bank, focusing on derivatives and structured products, and held positions at Bank of America and Credit Suisse in similar areas. Will holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Penn State University and a BSc in International Politics from Brunel University of London.
