Scott Jones

Scott Jones possesses extensive experience in IT operations and management, notably serving as the Manager of IT Operations at Lower Cape Fear LifeCare since 2010, where Scott led a significant project transitioning EMR products and implemented a comprehensive virtualization strategy. Previously, as the Director of Field Engineering at INTERACT PUBLIC SAFETY SYSTEMS, Scott enhanced call center productivity and facilitated network expansion. In earlier roles, Scott successfully developed call center operations for VisionAIR and improved troubleshooting capabilities, earning access to the NC state’s AOC network. Additionally, Scott served as a Damage Controlman in the U.S. Navy Reserve, where responsibilities included maintaining firefighting and damage control systems. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Law from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and Western Carolina University.
