Kristin Maas

Kristin Maas, PHR, serves as the Human Resources Director for Lower Providence Township since August 2022 and has been a dedicated volunteer with Upper Merion Area Community Cupboard since May 2018. Prior professional experience includes roles as a Sr. HR Administrator at Montgomery Township, PA, and a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Superior Plus Propane. At UPL, Kristin managed full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes. Kristin's earlier positions include HR Generalist roles at Lincoln Investment, The Hartford, and Transamerica, along with experience as a Human Resources Associate at The Signal. Kristin holds a BA in Communicative Disorders from PennWest Edinboro, earned between 1993 and 1997.
