Kimber Coven Barnes has extensive work experience in human resources, specifically in HR generalist roles and as a benefits administrator. Kimber started their HR career in 2015 as an HR generalist at Community Hospital Grand Junction Colorado. In 2018, they joined Community Hospital as a practice manager before transitioning to a private HR professional role later that year. In 2019, they joined Family Health West as a benefits administrator and HR generalist. Recently, they have taken on the position of Human Resources Director at Family Health West.
