Dustin Owen

Dustin Owen currently serves as the Divisional Sales Leader and SVP of Growth at Lower, where responsibilities include executing strategic initiatives and supporting sales leadership nationally. In addition, Dustin is the Creator and Host of The Loan Officer Podcast, providing valuable insights for mortgage professionals and various stakeholders. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Eastern Division Sales and Regional Vice President at Waterstone Mortgage Corporation, where significant growth achievements were realized, including expanding from one to over ten branches and closing over $1 billion in annual volume. Past positions also include Sales Manager at Countrywide Home Loans and Senior Mortgage Advisor at HomeBanc Mortgage Corp. Dustin holds a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Central Florida.
