Andy McLain, MAI, R/W-AC has extensive work experience in the real estate appraisal field. Andy is currently serving as the Senior Managing Director at Lowery Property Advisors, LLC since May 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Managing Director from June 2021 to May 2022. Andy'stenure at Lowery Property Advisors, LLC started in October 2015 when they joined as a Manager. During their time at the company, they have appraised various commercial real estate developments including industrial, office, medical office, retail, residential subdivision, multifamily, hotel/motel, and special purpose properties. Andy has also conducted appraisals for eminent domain/partial taking purposes.

Before working at Lowery Property Advisors, LLC, Andy McLain worked at Todd Property Advisors, Real Property Analysts, Inc. as a Senior Appraiser from May 2009 to September 2015. Prior to that, they served as a Manager at BBFI from March 2007 to May 2009.

Andy McLain, MAI, R/W-AC began their education journey in 2005 at Texas A&M University. Andy pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Agricultural Economics and successfully completed their studies in 2009.
