Mario Caro, MAI, AI-GRS, SR/WA has a comprehensive and diverse work experience in the field of real estate appraisal and litigation support. Mario is currently serving as the Senior Managing Director at Lowery Property Advisors, LLC since January 2022. Their responsibilities include managing the appraisal and litigation support services for various commercial and rural property types in Texas. This involves providing expertise in mortgage financing, eminent domain and condemnation, as well as legal disputes.

Prior to their current role, Mario worked as a Managing Director at Lowery Property Advisors, LLC starting from August 2016. During this time, they were involved in appraisal and litigation support for a wide range of commercial and rural properties in Texas.
