Arun Kadachi has a diverse work experience starting as a Summer Intern at ABB in 2010. Arun then worked as a Freelance Web Developer in 2012 and later joined Cognizant as a Programmer Analyst in 2013, specializing in Java/J2EE and ATG Commerce. Arun also worked at Publicis Sapient from 2015 to 2018, where they held positions as an Associate Technology and Senior Associate Technology. During this time, they contributed to designing technical specifications, analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing digital platform e-commerce solutions. Arun then joined Falabella India in 2018 as a Senior Engineer and later became a Lead Engineer. Currently, Arun is working at Lowe's India as a Lead Software Engineer.
Arun Kadachi completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University in 2012. Prior to that, they attended Thomas Baptista Junior College from 2006 to 2008, where they studied Computer Science at the HSC level. Arun completed their secondary education at St. Peter's English High School from 1994 to 2006, obtaining their SSC degree. In addition to their formal education, Arun has obtained certifications in Java Microservices with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud from Google, JavaScript from HackerRank, and Microservices Architecture from Udemy in 2022.
