BharaniLatha J has a diverse range of work experience in the software industry. BharaniLatha is currently working as a Lead Software - Technical Architect at Lowe's India since August 2021. Before joining Accenture, they worked at GLOBALFOUNDRIES as a Staff Business Systems Analyst from March 2020 to April 2021 and as a Principal Business System Analyst from March 2016 to March 2020. BharaniLatha also has experience working at IBM as an SSE from October 2014 to March 2016, and at Wipro as a Senior Software Engineer from May 2013 to October 2014, and as a Software Engineer from September 2007 to December 2011.

BharaniLatha J pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electronics from Jyotinivas College between 2004 and 2007. BharaniLatha later obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Software Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani from 2008 to 2010.
