Priyanka Rai

Priyanka Rai has several years of experience in the legal field. Priyanka currently holds the position of Head of Legal Department at Lowe's India, a role they have held since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a VP Lead Counsel at Wells Fargo since January 2022. From 2019 to 2022, they served as the General Manager Legal for the India Region at 3M. Before that, they had an extensive tenure at Target, where they held various positions such as Director, Group Manager, Sr. Manager-Legal, and Manager Legal from 2007 to 2018. Priyanka began their career as an Associate at Thakker & Thakker and worked there from 2004 to 2006.

Priyanka Rai pursued an LLM in Financial Services Law at the Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology. Prior to that, they completed an LLB at Government Law College.
