Adam Welch

Adam Welch has a diverse background in e-commerce, digital marketing, and online merchandising, with extensive experience in leadership roles. At Lowe's Home Improvement, Adam served as Sr. Manager of Search and Content Integration Architecture, overseeing the strategic direction of commerce search for consumer digital interfaces from December 2012 to October 2015. Prior positions at Lowe's included Content Management Specialist, Lead Online Category, Search and Navigation Manager, and Online Merchandising Manager. Adam also held senior roles at Britax Child Safety, including Director of e-Commerce Sales & Marketing and Manager of Digital Marketing & eCommerce. Adam's career began as a Sales Consultant at IOS. Adam earned a degree in International Marketing from Appalachian State University, where studies took place from 1997 to 2002.
