David Yost

David Yost is a Senior Construction Manager currently overseeing all assets at 129 Lowe's stores. With extensive experience in vendor management, budgeting, and long-range planning, they have a strong background in securing land-use approvals and interfacing with public officials. Previously, David served as a Regional Facilities Manager and a Senior Site Development Manager at Lowe's, and held the position of Director of Site Development at Benchmark Group. They began their career as a Geologist at Tetra Tech NUS and worked briefly as a Realtor at Keller Williams Realty. David holds a B.S. in Earth Sciences from Penn State University.
