Howie Chow

Howie Chow is the Sr Director of Store Operations at Lowe's Companies, Inc., a position held since 2019. Previously, Howie served in various roles at Sports Authority from 2005 to 2011, including Regional Director, SVP Store Operations Support, and Vice President of Store Operations. Prior to that, Howie was the Regional Vice President at Circuit City from 1984 to 2004 and worked as a Senior Merchant at Floor and Decor Outlets of America in 2004-2005. Additionally, Howie held the position of District Manager at JCPenney from 2016 to 2019. Howie earned a B.S. in Engineering Chemistry from Stony Brook University between 1979 and 1983.
