Ruben Iosefa

Ruben Iosefa has extensive experience in both logistics and coaching, specifically in defensive line positions. At Lincoln University of Missouri, Ruben served as a Defensive Line Coach from February 2022 to December 2022. Prior to this, Ruben held various roles at Smart & Final, including IT Intern and Inventory Control Coordinator, and worked at McLane Company, Inc. as a Transportation Supervisor, where responsibilities included managing a fleet of 65 drivers for efficient deliveries across multiple states. Additionally, Ruben served as Defensive Coordinator at Millsaps College and progressed through several transportation roles at Smart & Final, overseeing compliance and delivery operations across several regions. More recently, Ruben worked at Lowe's Companies, Inc. as Market Delivery Supervisor and Market Delivery Assistant Manager, focusing on final mile operations and logistics efficiency. Ruben holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Whittier College and a Master of Science in Management from Wilmington University.
