Lowlu is London's home for sauna and cold plunge.
It’s the oldest recovery method in the world, done properly, right here in London.

Come with a friend, come alone, come with your aches and your pains, your noise and your chaos, just come and see what all the fuss is about.

Most people come once out of curiosity. They come back because nothing else in their week does quite what Lowlu does. We’re not saying it’s going to fix absolutely everything in your life. The to do list will still be there, those slack notifications too. But if you’re ready for sharper thinking, better sleep and a reset from the low-level noise that builds up when you never properly stop, come on down.

We have sites in Kentish Town and Wandsworth, with Ilford opening soon and plenty more after that.

The Reset:
There's a moment in the sauna, usually around ten minutes in, when your shoulders drop, your jaw unclenches, and that noise in your head just... stops.
Then you step into the cold plunge, and everything sharpens. You get out feeling like you've slept eight hours and just had your best coffee. That's the Lowlu Reset.

Repeated heat and cold exposure lowers cortisol, releases dopamine, improves sleep quality and builds genuine resilience over time. The Finns have known this for (a lot of) centuries and they’re a pretty happy bunch.  We’ve just made it easy to do on a Tuesday in London.

Who needs Lowlu?
Marketing says we can’t say everyone. But, well, everyone… Founders on deadline. Freelancers between projects. Creatives who do their best thinking in the heat. Consultants running on fumes. Night shift workers. New parents. People training hard and recovering badly. People who just moved to London and needed somewhere to land.

And in a brazen sales message… we’re seeing a growing number of companies use Lowlu for offsites, team days and employee wellness perks. If that's you, get in touch.

Make it your weekly reset.
