Lauren T. Rosenfield

Lauren Rosenfield is an attorney in the firm’s Litigation Department, where she handles real estate litigation matters with a particular focus on landlord/tenant disputes. She also assists clients with a variety of general litigation issues.

Additionally, Laura has experience handling commercial real estate transactions in connection with the acquisition, development, financing and leasing of commercial real estate projects across a variety of sectors, including industrial, mixed-use, office, retail, hotels, and multifamily.

Lauren earned her juris doctorate cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law and her bachelor’s degree in geology from the College of William and Mary. During law school, she was a member of the University of Miami Law Review and the University of Miami Trial Team. She also worked as a summer clerk for Lowndes and as a legal intern for a civil and criminal litigation firm.
