Shane A. Horton

Shane Horton is an attorney in the firm’s Construction and Commercial Litigation Department. He concentrates a significant portion of his practice in the areas of construction law, creditors rights and commercial litigation. Shane also assists with a variety of legal matters related to eminent domain and family law.

Shane earned his juris doctorate cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and his bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Florida. During law school, he was a member of The Florida Moot Court Team and the Journal of Technology Law & Policy. He also served as a summer law clerk for both the United States District Court for The Southern District of Florida and Lowndes. Before attending law school, Shane was a high school history teacher and basketball coach.
