Robert Kelly

Robert Kelly is a professor in the Department of Political Science at Pusan National University, specializing in northeast Asian security within international relations. Additionally, Robert is a contributor for The Lowy Institute, The National Interest, and Newsweek, among others. Kelly holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from The Ohio State University.
