Joanna Darmon is an experienced professional in training content and digital learning, currently serving as the Head of Training Content & Digital Learning at LOXAM since October 2020. Joanna specializes in the conception and management of training programs tailored to individual and collective needs, the development of innovative educational content, and strategic management of training practices, including the implementation of internal certifications.
