Dan Hintz has worked in the field of training and customer service since 2006. Dan began their career as a Product Licensing Manager at AbsolutelyNew in 2006. Dan then moved to Demandforce in 2007, where they worked as a Customer Training Specialist. In 2012, they shifted to Intuit, where they worked as a Learning Facilitator. In 2014, they were hired as a Training Manager at BirdEye. In 2016, they became a Customer Training Specialist at FasTrak SoftWorks. Dan is currently employed as the Director of Training at Loxo, a position they have held since 2019.
Dan Hintz graduated from Eastern Illinois University in 1986 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, with minors in English and Political Science.
