Lorcan O'Shea has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2015 with a role as an Event Sales Coordinator at Venue Angel. In 2016, they took on an Internship at Hôtel Le Negresco and an F&B Assistant role at The Marker Hotel. From 2017 to 2021, they held multiple roles at Marlfield House Hotel, including Duty Manager, Senior F&B assistant, and Operational Trainee. In 2021, they joined Loxo as a Customer Success Manager, Customer Success EU Lead, and Business Development Representative EMEA. Additionally, they also worked as a Global Strategy Intern at KPMG Ireland, leading their Mobility 2030 campaign project.

Lorcan O'Shea attended the University of Galway from 2015 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Commerce. Lorcan then attended UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School from 2020 to 2021, where they earned an MSc in International Business. In 2021, they also obtained a Global Leadership Programme certification from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. In 2018, they obtained a WSET Level 2 certification from WSET - Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
