Rosalie Lynch has worked in various roles since 2014. Rosalie began their career as the Managing Owner of Stay BZN in 2014, where they devised and deployed marketing tactics to drive strategic growth and support achievement of revenue goals. In 2016, they became the Front Desk Manager of Theory Hair Salon, where they set and optimized schedules to meet coverage needs and oversaw business finances, cash flow, overall business transactions, banking and accounting procedures. In 2020, they became the Account Manager of Ghost Town Coffee Roasters, where they used consumer insights and analyzed market conditions to develop a grocery retail expansion program which saw a 40% increase in revenue of a 6 month period. In 2021, they became the Operations Specialist of Trillium Hiring Services, where they created tools for a busy recruiting team to streamline access to documents, process notes and streamline customer communication, and tracked and analyzed company data for internal and external reports. Currently, Rosalie is the Team Lead and Customer Success Associate of Loxo.

Rosalie Lynch is currently enrolled in Business at Montana State University-Bozeman.
